Customer Marketing Associate

JeffreyM Consulting is looking for a Customer Marketing Associate for a fast-growing technology company. Our Studio team is an in-house agency within Marketing, composed of creatives, strategists, producers, and marketing professionals alike. Our team’s focus is to lead the brand, tell powerful stories, and inspire creative excellence.

Sitting within The Studio, the Customer Marketing team is responsible for capturing and sharing our customers’ success stories as well as elevating their voices throughout our go-to-market efforts. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Associate (contractor) to support customer marketing data entry, content development, and assist in customer marketing operations. To be successful in this role, this person must be collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into the details surrounding our customers.

Responsibilities

• Review branding agreements from customer contracts and record in databases
• Track customer reference participation and customer statuses and update the appropriate databases
• Managing Customer Marketing content in Highspot, i.e., uploading + removing + tagging content
• Support various projects and initiatives that help fuel the customer marketing pipeline
• Provide supplementary support for Adhoc customer initiatives, tasks, and projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Strong social and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deeply organized and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, self-starter attitude
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to collaborate with team members while finding opportunities to provide value as an individual contributor

Compensation: $30/hour
