As a Customer Configuration Specialist, you will assist our customers in becoming successful with our products, since their success is our success! You will be part of our Launch Services team within the Customer Success division, which is a dynamic, passionate, hard-working international team, keen on sharing knowledge and striving to push limits daily, to deliver the best customer experience!
You will be responsible for setting up the newly signed B2B customer operating in the Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate for this role has experience with high level customer service, some Hospitality experience, and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high energy environment.
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
