Our internal champion for driving an efficient go to market function, you will work directly with business partners throughout the organization, oversee multiple projects and balance contending priorities. In this role, you will have a full view of the seasonal calendar across all regions and play a key part in ensuring information and collaboration between the cross functional teams. This role will function as the critical interface of execution, handling updates, issue resolution and communication across global and regional teams. Additionally, this role will be a key partner with Brand Marketing to develop full-funnel marketing strategies and ensure new marketing activations achieve regional commercial goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Formulate the seasonal project plan inclusive of regional nuances and commercial moments
• Set and communicate the Global GTM process to regional partners
• Lead and maintain Global GTM calendar, focusing on improving timelines and execution
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to proactively develop the annual Ecommerce GTM calendar, detailing key local moments and ensuring full coverage
• Oversee regional brief submissions to ensure regional leads are providing complete briefs and adhere to development timelines
• Maintain clear and prompt communication from concept to creation to launch
• Communicate upcoming marketing activations, sharing playbooks, campaign strategy briefs to regional teams, and collecting feedback for local relevance
• Liaise with marketing, creative, copy and dev team leads to prioritize as needed and run projects in an effective and efficient manner
•Drive postmortem analysis for larger seasonal stories to assemble learning for continuous process improvement
•Act as the key point of contact for Crosscap and champion global adoption
•Lead the feedback process with cross functional partners to drive innovation and growth
•Represent regional digital marketing teams, sharing insight and standard processes to Global Brand marketing to align marketing activations with commercial goals
•Partner with Global Brand Marketing to develop full-funnel strategies for new marketing activations
•Collaborate with regional leads to develop ecommerce marketing playbooks to standardize and streamline marketing activations
•In partnership with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing, develop standard methodology scorecards and playbooks for regional commercial teams, identifying areas of opportunity and setting achievements for advancing digital marketing campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience
4-5 years’ experience of project management experience
Ability to work effectively and deliver results in a lean, ambitious and global environment
•Consistent track record of delivery high quality projects on time
Direct and transparent approach to communication
Ability to lead short-term and long-range projects simultaneously
Comfortable dealing with uncertainty by creating structure and prioritizing effectively
Results orientation that is balanced between both long-term objectives and short-run performance

Able to lead and persuade others
Ability to enforce company and department ethical standards; will make decisions with the best interest of the team, company, and Crocs brand in mind

Able to interact with across levels of the organization; must be able to articulate opportunities and standard processes and complete and project manage supporting action plans
Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
Self-starter with an innate curiosity and the commitment to test, learn, adapt and be agile in a constantly evolving environment

Salary Range:  $100,000 - $120,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator (hybrid work schedule; in office 60-80%)
