The Global Marketing Operations team within Crocs is seeking a Marketing Operations, Senior Project Manager to assist in the coordination, tracking and execution of Marketing Operations projects. Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, VPs and Directors, the Project Manager will be responsible for cross-channel communication to ensure all milestones are met and status is updated regularly to the Marketing team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE
- Lead the implementation and on-going optimization of global marketing processes and tools that will support and improve the operations of the marketing organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing processes are aligned with all organizational functions.
- Drive the Resource Management for marketing and creative with a clear line of sight to optimize timelines, capacity, and resources to increase efficiency.
- Project manage the partnership launches; route work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and contract status to regional and channel partners.
- Drive seasonal planning and execution on a global scale in partnership with the marketing team ensuring brand alignment on project priorities, milestone management, marketing objectives and timing implications.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to review creative requests, facilitate and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle (timelines, routing, job prioritization).
- Deep understanding of brand’s marketing calendar, understanding when briefs are due, driving timeline with marketing and cross functional partners.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations to ensure processes and tools drive marketing operational efficiency and effectiveness and aligns to supporting the brand strategic growth plan.
- Project Manage enterprise level projects for the Marketing Leadership team
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5-7 years of solid marketing project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong project management experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency.
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
- Strong communication abilities; written and verbal.
- Hands on experience working in a project management system is a plus.
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field. Project management certifications appreciated.
