 As a Credit Analyst you will deliver excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills to both internal and external partners. You will lead the collection efforts/calls for the general accounts receivable portfolio, detailing daily collection's activity, researching account disputes, and billing discrepancies, performing account/payment reconciliations, identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts, identifying bad debt or financial exposure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Extensive reconciliation of chargeback issues in high-volume environment
• Solid understanding of customer compliance and routing guides
• Collections of past due balance with major accounts
• Reconciliation of check & credit card payments
• Reconciliation of wire transfers
• Release sales orders from collection holds based on available credit and past due balances.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to optimally keep orders flowing through the system.
• Corresponds with sales, customer service personnel and customers.
• Analyze the need for updating credit limits for customers based on volume and maturity of the account.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• College degree in related field preferred
• At least 2 years collection experience
• Past record of success with major accounts and chargeback control
• Extensive customer service experience in high volume environment
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Strong reconciliations skills in high volume environment
• Expert knowledge of SAP, MS Word, and Excel. Salesforce a plus
