As a CRM & Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the production of Email Marketing content for Qonto Germany.
Your role will be to find the right words to our customers, making sure they receive the right amount of emails in an engaging and empathetic Tone of Voice. Business-oriented and customers centric, you will have a day-to-day impact on ensuring that our customers receive the most engaging communications to deliver value and growth for Qonto.
You will join the Growth team, a team of experts in the fields of marketing and comms.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a CRM & Content Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will

Write & edit content following our brand, and voice/tone standards and ensure all copy - whether created in-house or externally - meets our Tone of Voice guidelines.
Produce high-quality and user-centric content to educate our customers and prospects, either about Business Finance Management, or our Industry: emails, email, text messages, mobile push notifications, and in-product communications, blog articles, website copy, video scripts...
Support our different teams and channels with copywriting needs by creating marketing copy across brand, internal and external comms, CRM, social, paid media, landing pages, case studies, HR, corporate, etc.
Define and improve targeted automations aiming at educating our users about our key features, driving engagement, retention, and growth, relying on email, text messages, mobile push notifications, and in-product communications
Guarantee thoughtful user experiences across the lifecycle, transactional, ad hoc campaigns, and in-product touch points infusing personalization across all channels
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automated actions by leveraging new analysis, A/B testings, new channels, and product updates working closely with the Product Marketing and the Data teams
Work with the creative and CRM teams to develop content and creative assets in line with Qonto’s ToV and best practices, relevant for the German market

You will join the Content Team Germany lead by Dorothea.

Her background? Dorothea has worked in a range of different environments, from linguistics to marketing and communication in finance to being an entrepreneur herself. At Qonto she is bringing all these different experiences together and working to position Qonto as a thought leader on finance topics as well as go-to source for entrepreneurs with questions.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 3+ years of shown copywriting experience doing cross-channel CRM marketing (email, mobile, in-product), segmentation, user journeys, personalization, automation strategies using CRM platforms like customer.io, Intercom, Braze. A/B testing and experimentation knowledge at an in-house brand. Bonus points for B2B or fintech experience.
Marketing writer: You are proficient in copy best practices across email, in-product, marketing and web copy. You also have a basic knowledge of SEO.
Strategic and hands-on writer: You have demonstrated ability to craft clean, thoughtful copy in a distinct brand voice.
Mastery: Experience building out automations from scratch using data, cross departments insights and expertise, customer insights. You are an analytical thinker comfortable with measuring campaign performance and finding areas of opportunity using existing data.
Strong attention to detail: You have an excellent command of grammar, punctuation, AP Style, and basic web-writing principles with an editor’s eye (proofreading experience is a bonus).
Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter: You can concept on the fly and collaborate with anyone to get things done. You pay attention to details, your expert eye allows you to ship the perfect experience, and you know how to prioritize your tasks.
Clear and effective communicator: You are able to quickly grasp complex concepts and express them clearly.
Flexible: You are at ease in a fast-paced environment and are also able to work to tight deadlines.
**Education:**You have a Bachelor’s degree in German studies Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field.
Languages: You have flawless written and verbal communication skills in German and you are fluent in English (French, Italian or Spanish is a plus).
