This position will be in charge of coordinating for supporting, maintaining, and carrying forward projects related to the CRM (Salesfroce) and their integration with other internal and external systems of the company such as ERP, Client portals, document repositories, etc. We are looking for a person who could be able to centralize all requirements, distribute tasks between CRM team members and follow them in order to reach company goals. This role will be in contact with key members of the company in order to align requirements, define scope, suggest and design solutions, coordinate priorities and follow the execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervising of tickets support and following project
- Design and organize internal process

- Solve high-level cases with external providers, including consultants and developers Process documentation
Skills and experience required:
- Education background in Systems or other related careers
- Advanced English skills, both oral and written
- More than 3 years with Salesforce and coordination teams
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Good sales process knowledge
