We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Country HR Team. The Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the development and implementation of the country employer branding / recruitment strategy within the Continental Organization of Hungary under the word wide corporate umbrella. He/she will provide expertise the fields of Employer Branding and Recruitment and executes highly efficient solutions together with the network in Hungary for becoming recognized as the most attractive and progressive employer.
- Acts as central point of contact for employer branding and recruiting in case of issue escalation within the Organization and ensures continuous quality improvement by managing feedback from the respective stakeholders
- Designs and optimizes processes related to EB&R within the corporate HR CoE strategy and in full cooperation with related Business Partners at the locations
- Under direction of the Head of Country HR Hungary, implements the country EB&R strategy, projects and processes within Hungary togehter with the country HR team
- Ensures a valid budget planning for EB&R activities on country and on location level
- Designs and communicates procedural guidelines and general conditions together with the service providers under the approval of the Country HR Head
- Participates in and leads strategic projects related to EB&R
- Supports and strengthens the further build-up of the internal EB&R network in the country
- Manages providers in projects and general processes. This includes provider selection, contract negotiations, ensuring delivery of the providers in the right quality.
- Planning and execution of employer branding campaigns
- Award management and Advocacy and Ambassador Program
- Coordination country / local recruitment activities, talent acquistion
- Manage University / dual cooperation programmes
- University, Marketing, HR and Communications Subject preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional employer branding and recuriting experience preferably industry-specific or at a multinational company
- Experience in project management
- Experience of working with other cultures or international experience working abroad
- Solid experience with a wide range of digital HR tools
- Proficiency English language, native in Hungarian
