We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken corporate sales manager to join our corporate salary team. The corporate sales managers will be responsible for developing new corporate leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidates should be excellent in sourcing sales via Cold calls, emails & lead follow-up calls
  • Generating corporate leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Opening Salary accounts for Corporate employees

Required skills

  • Previous experience in B2B Corporate sales is required
  • Candidates from fintech, Insuretech, employee benefits, corporate banking and startup environments are an added advantage
  • 5+ years of corporate sales experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Location - Bangalore
  • Persistence is a must
