We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our product Lightspeed eCom (ex-Ecwid) in Tbilisi.
*This is not a remote position.
Lightspeed eCom (ex-Ecwid) is an e-commerce Saas-platform. We provide a way for creatives and small business owners all over the world to create online stores without programmers and designers.
The Project Manager will join our Customization team to help our customers develop and improve their online stores by creating new custom features for them.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Offer our customization services to our Global customers (without making calls, mostly by emails) and communicate with them in English.
Get into our customers’ needs and provide, sometimes even translate their feedback to our technical engineering team.
Evaluate the complexity and time consumption of the tasks along with developers.
Help customers and developers to find common ground in finding the best solution to the problems and tasks.
