About the venture:
We are an EdTech start-up on a mission to increase the supply of qualified blue-collar workers for the green energy transition. The current shortage of trained and qualified workers is a key reason in the delay of hitting global climate goals. We exist to change that.
We’re looking for a COO & Co-Founder to join our founding team. We’re HQ’d in Berlin with backing by VC fund Atlantic Labs.
If you can imagine a world in which we can teach climate tech-relevant hard skills to blue collar workers at scale, you are exactly who we are looking for.
About the role:
As a Co-Founder and COO, you will be building a new venture from scratch. You’ll join an existing founder with access to funding, operational support and network from the Atlantic Labs ecosystem. This is an opportunity for somebody to experience the full-cycle of business building and working on a topic that delivers meaningful impact towards tackling the climate crisis.
What you'll do:
Build your own venture: You’ll be on the founding team of a new climate-tech startup, building the product, team and culture from the ground up alongside an experienced commercial Co-Founder.
Lead the day-to-day operations for a complex digital education and skill placement product, including content development
Develop and implement effective processes and systems to support the company's growth and expansion
Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to define, develop and execute the company's business plan
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and investors
