This is on-site position. US Visa is required, and ability to travel is a part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term plans and strategies for the law firm
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes and operations, with a focus on measurable results
  • Manage and lead a team, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Leverage technology to improve performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external constituencies as well as peers, attorneys and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Visa Required for Travel 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (native level required)
  • Bicultural with a strong understanding of the Latino community, especially in the United States 
  • Understanding the basics of law firm industry and operations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in highly analytical roles/projects with the ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on measurable results
  • Training in Lean Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement preferred 
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key external constituencies
