At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in Ramat Gan and Beer Sheva and are looking to grow to additional locations such as Jerusalem, where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams and socialize with friends.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Assist in the quarterly and annual closing process.
- Providing accounting support to business units and corporate functions as part of the period close activities and in accordance to regulatory requirements and corporate policies
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, and review accounts to ensure all financial transactions are properly reflected in the general ledger
- Perform period end analytical analysis and controlling procedures over financial records, systems and interfaces
- Prepare SEC compliant reporting and accompanying financial statements.
- Perform accounting activities in collaboration with external auditors
- Assist in the implementation of new processes across worldwide subsidiaries.
What are the skills a good Controller needs to have?

CPA with Big 4 Hi Tech department experience- MUST
-
At least 2 years of experience in a Hi-Tech industry- MUST
- High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP -an advantage
- Familiar with internal control over financial reporting requirements
- Team player
- Excellent English – written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Project managing skills
