The technology is currently being used for research applications in several therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, cardiology, inflammation, and infectious disease.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be a full lifecycle Contract Technical Recruiter supporting a variety of business groups within the organization with a primary focus on Scientist and Engineer roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including a recruitment strategy meeting, discussing a sourcing strategy, scheduling and conducting a well-thought-out interview process, and holding formal feedback sessions.
- Prioritize candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction while finding the best talent for the organization.
- Conduct candidate screening calls covering motivations, technical skills, behavior-based questions, and logistics prior to hiring manager phone or in-person interviews.
- Schedule interviews in a timely manner, with strong communication to candidates and the interview team
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, to track all candidate notes and activity.
- Drive a strong candidate pipeline through networking, prospecting, getting referrals, etc.
- Develop trusted partnerships HR Business Partners and Total Rewards teams
- Collaborate closely and communicate clearly with TA teammates, HR business partners, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and aligned recruitment process
What We’ll Expect From You:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience (or 6+ years of experience) in Full-Cycle recruitment in the Life Sciences industry required
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, specifically scientists and engineers
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
- Experience in the biotech, pharma, med-device or similar space preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Experience independently managing a full requisition load
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This position is Hybrid, and will be expected to be on-site in Billerica, MA on a regular basis (1-2 days per week to start)
