The Job:
Howl is looking for a Recruiter that will act as a strategic partner to the business as we grow our team.
This role is a contract position with the potential of converting to fulltime based on performance and company needs.
We’re looking for someone who is a generalist recruiter and has experience supporting hyper growth teams. You get a thrill from placing someone in their perfect role. You are someone who understands that recruiting is more than just filling headcount. The ideal candidate understands matrix organizations, will be a partner to hiring managers as they build their orgs and prides themselves on being an ambassador of our business.

The hourly rate for this role is $60-$65/ hour; you can expect to have 40 hours worth of work a week for a 60 day minimum commitment with the potential to extend or convert to FT.
At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
