ID.me is seeking a Content Writer (Marketer) to join our marketing team. Key responsibilities will include creating content for eCommerce and Affiliate Marketers to teach them how to build world class CRM, Customer Acquisition, Loyalty, and Affiliate programs by tapping into community marketing e.g. Military/Veterans, Students, Teachers, Nurses, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing and ecommerce and working with Enterprise and Mid-Market brands. Your job will be to create content that helps ecommerce and affiliate marketers perform more effectively at work. You will be responsible for understanding what marketers need to execute community marketing campaigns effectively and delivering them insights in an organized and efficient manner. Content creation responsibilities will range from top of funnel research that helps educate marketers about community marketing and communities to sales enablement content.
