We are looking for a driven Content writer and Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities by producing engaging content.
Job Summary
Content development, writing and social media will be the primary features of your role. You will have the chance to collaborate closely as part of the marketing team, with the Sales, Talent and People departments, on a great range of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Write engaging content for internal communication, social media, blogs, video scripts, infographics and other channels
- Complete writing projects according to deadlines and content requirements (style guide, project specifications, etc.)
- Conduct research and interviews
- Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics
- Edit and proofread content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
- Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
- Contribute to IT Labs communications calendar and strategy (social, intranet, web, print, etc.)
- Adhere to content calendars and suggest campaign strategies
- Create compelling content that encourages and increases engagement, including input for visually interesting photography
- Manage social media content and engage with followers
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns
- Implementing SEM strategies based on given instructions and in coordination with Marketing coordinator
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Requirements
- Proven working experience in writing and social media marketing
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web CMS
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Degree/Education in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field
