Your Mission
We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our fast-growing Sales Enablement team. Reporting to our Sales Enablement Leader you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales enablement collateral and for designing and building a library to allow our teams easy access to the right content at the right time. Working closely with subject matter experts across a variety of departments to ensure a consistent, scalable program of training and enablement for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create modern, experiential and engaging internal sales enablement content such as e-learning courses, one pagers, playbooks, discovery call scripts and product guides to enable effective sales conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the global Sales team to define training materials tone and style appropriate for target audience from different customer types and regions worldwide.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales Enablement Team to evaluate current enablement assets, gaps, and then orchestrate content development.
- Develop and maintain a central online hub of learning materials and best practices to drive success through every phase of the sales journey.
- Be the main point of contact for successfully delivering all sales training and assets on time, from intaking content requests, coordinating translation efforts, coordinating design, to managing project timelines.
- Align with Product Managers to capture the latest features to develop product value propositions and keep all contents up to date.
- Ensure all sales enablement content and channels are consistent, accurate, and clear.
- Promptly update all content as new features, programs, and policies are launched.
- Ensure a blended learning approach of online content and instructor led training.
- Continuously seek feedback from learners and improve content accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating content for a global sales audience
- Experience building training content in the forms of webinar, eLearning and instructor led training.
- A versatile and confident content creator who demonstrates the ability to take on a variety of sales enablement projects.
- An open and effective communicator with proven record of accomplishment of working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management and business teams for content-related projects.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment and prioritise appropriately to meet project timelines.
- Awareness of the capabilities of Learning Management Systems and Content Management Platforms to ensure best use of the tools.
- Understanding of how to reinforce training to ensure teams retain learning.
- Ability to inspire change and drive the adoption of content.
- Experience in working in a matrixed organisation and the ability to multi-task across key team initiatives.
