We are actively seeking an energetic and curious Content Marketing Specialist to clarify and reinforce Aledade’s value proposition to a wide variety of audiences. This professional will support the creation, curation, and harmonization of our existing and future content to ensure consistent market positioning, accelerate growth, and facilitate adoption of our products and services with prospective and current primary care practices, health centers and rural health clinics.
This will include updating educational material, sales collateral, website copy and other customer acquisition efforts. Additional work will include partnerships with our business development, policy, communications, performance and other teams to understand and tailor content to relevant audiences (e.g. payers, policymakers, patients and general audiences).
The ideal candidate will have deep empathy and understanding of primary care physicians, with particular emphasis on those in independent practice, as well as a working knowledge of health care. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and distributing content through the appropriate channels and measuring the results of your work to inform future marketing strategies
- Working cross functionally to assist with the development of original marketing content with input from key stakeholders for use across all marketing deliverables, including, but not limited to, collateral, web properties, ads, campaigns, presentations, promotional and training videos, and corporate communications
- Leveraging your creativity and writing skill to develop high-quality and engaging content
- Providing content development and management support, including research, copy editing, distribution, coordination, tracking and assisting with reporting and analysis of content marketing activities
Key accountabilities include:
- Increase leads, brand awareness and web traffic through online content marketing;
- Improve the consistency and relevance of content across Aledade’s various business functions and for assorted audiences (e.g. current practices, prospective practices, payers, policymakers, patients, general audiences)
- Establishing, streamlining and advancing processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of content across teams, channels and platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- 1-3 years of content marketing and content creation experience
- Knowledge of current health care issues
- Familiarity with Value-Based Care (e.g., ACOs, PCMH, Bundled payments) welcome
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and project management skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels
- Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team
- Ability to think beyond one's immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
