The market is young and rapidly growing and we have recently received series A investment to further scale the business, both in the UK and internationally.

We’re a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, with over £16bn of social value being tracked through our digital platform to date. We have a suite of user-friendly, online collaboration tools that enable our clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors to work together to deliver social value. Our core offering is an evidence-led social value measurement framework, called the Social Value TOM System (Themes, Outcomes and Measures). We not only provide a platform, but our proposition spans a consultancy division, as well as a new social value learning academy.


What you will be doing

Create Content (50%)

Develop content calendar and manage production to support business communications plan.

Write content for a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts and converts our target audiences (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, brochures, webinars, infographics, emails, sales collateral etc.)

Create rich content & videos, creating compelling briefs and scripts and managing the end to end process (including sign-off).

Generate and publish engaging content in line with the tone of voice and copy guidelines

SEO optimized content to drive inbound opportunities.

Write content for different personas and stages of the sales funnel/ customer lifecycle

Develop a suite of sales enablement tools and materials to support sales conversations using data driven insights to evidence the value proposition as far as possible

Develop robust case studies which illustrate SVP’s value-add

Campaign support (35%)

Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers

Interview & speak with members of staff, clients and industry experts to create content

Proactively come up with ideas for content to support campaigns and mange these through with stakeholders.

Research topics & audiences to have relevant content to drive engagement.

Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience

Analyse effectiveness of content – to spark new ideas & learning.

Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection).

Support campaigns with content input

Governance & General (15%)

Build our own ‘best practice’ model, documenting and sharing.

Be a stickler for detail and loves a process to drive efficient results.

Feedback and seek feedback to improve personal performance and support others

Input into the wider thinking to create a leading marketing function

Ensure all communications are clear, coherent and signed off (brand compliant)

Input to broader initiatives as required

We’re looking for someone who loves a plan and has the drive and influence to ensure the plans are delivered – with impressive results.

Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent in writing/production or relevant subject (such as journalism) plus 3+ year’s experience, in B2B communications
  • Software programmes
  • Outstanding written English skills.
  • Desirable: experience or passion with Sustainability, ESG, CSR
  • Customer-centric, with evidence of bringing to market compelling value propositions
