Sitting within our Brand and Communications team and collaborating with teams right across our global organization, you will get to help influence our brand identity, run free with creative ideas and help shape the narrative that sits around a rapidly growing tech company.
About you
- You’re passionate about communicating, love to write and have a real way with words. You’re a master of turning the complex into simple and compelling messages
- You understand the entire content lifecycle. You can speak the language of copywriters, designers, videographers, and web developers
- You’re well read and actively follow news cycles. You understand how to have a voice in topical conversations and navigate complex discussions
- You’re a project manager and a team player. You can manage the production of content assets end-to-end, taking stakeholders and creatives along with you on the journey to help deliver integrated and impactful campaigns
- You’re comfortable with publishing tools, content management systems, marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools
- You’ve worked within marketing and communications teams and understand how to work with product and sales teams to really make an impact
How you will spend your time
- Developing, owning and implementing our content strategy
- Creating and managing a robust content calendar
- Managing the end-to-end production and publication of content including blog posts, case studies, op-eds, videos, infographics, and other types of content that prove the value of our products
- Writing, editing and reviewing copy as you champion our brand voice and empower others to create content
- Managing freelance content producers to help scale and ramp up our content production
- Collaborating to develop and execute on integrated content, social and PR campaigns, while helping to write thought leadership and op-ed pieces
- Keeping our brand portal up-to-date with useful and important content so that the business can continue to self-serve for frequent requests
- Measuring and analyzing the performance of content
- Managing the budget for content initiatives
- Collaborating with teams including product and sales
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, key customers, brand partners/ambassadors and industry influencers
- Providing support to multiple areas of the business in the production of collateral, case studies, website copy, product messaging, email & in-app copy, e-books, white papers, and anything else you are hungry to tackle!
