As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll create the content strategy used to drive awareness, consideration, customer acquisition and loyalty. You’ll work with teams throughout the business to orchestrate the messages and activities we use across digital platforms to ensure a cohesive experience for our audiences.

What you will do

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an emerging brand’s content strategy
  • Plan and develop our content strategy and measure the effectiveness of content used in multi-channel marketing campaigns across the consumer journey
  • Lead cross-team collaboration and coordination to run and optimize promotions
  • Create alignment across all marketing channels and media—including social, video, email, direct mail, out of home, website, and app—by maintaining and publishing a calendar of marketing and promotion activities
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling content for all stages of the customer journey
  • Own our organic social media presence and grow our following
  • Conduct testing to determine which content drives optimal traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Analyze content and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Bring new products and product lines to market in collaboration with our merchandising team

Why we will love you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of well-rounded marketing experience with preference given to direct-to-consumer experience
  • 3+ years of work in social media
  • Deep understanding of social media channels and analytics
  • Data-driven and highly analytical
  • Hands-on understanding of SEO and website analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead collaboration across marketing, design, merchandising and product teams
