We are looking for someone who will:

  • Design and execute our content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, and demand generation and builds engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Establish the subjects we should be experts in according to the brand strategy, the most suitable distribution channels for content pieces, and their respective formats.
  • Plan and support the execution of an editorial calendar and oversee the delivery of whole planning for the three countries above over time.
  • Implement high standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement, including tone of voice, writing, grammar, and data-checking.
  • Own our main content channels — blog, thematic landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms — in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Lead a small team of content writers and social planners, skilled at producing powerful content in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Edit and produce an array of high-quality content types, such as blog posts, social posts, white papers, reports, ebooks, checklists, planners, video scripts, emails, and web copy.
  • Supervise service provided by agencies and vendors that support the delivery of our content strategy and make sure that deliverables meet our high standards.
  • Craft marketing personas and how content is to be targeted to them along the customer journey.
  • Leverage SEO practices within the content operation to meet awareness' KPIs.
  • Monitor key content metrics, such as an organic search for branded and unbranded keywords on Google and traffic to Clara's blog and website, and keep optimizing and improving results.
  • Work closely with product, sales, data, and analytics teams to ensure content strategy evolves alongside business objectives.
  • Grow Clara's social media presence and engagement rate, by regularly interacting with followers, as well as supporting thought leadership content creation for C-level and subject matter experts' profiles.
  • Lead branded content partnerships, such as backlink initiatives, guest blog posts, advertorials, and podcast appearances.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategy, plan content collaboratively with creators, and grow our network of ambassadors.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, insights, and practices in order to assess what is possible to incorporate into content strategy and routines at Clara.

Our requirements are:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Relevant experience (more than 1year) in tech startups
  • Experience in designing content strategies for new brands
  • Good understanding of digital analytics and SEO
  • Proficiency in writing and editing articles and all types of content types
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages through a range of diverse channels
  • Solid content research skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Passion for social media and its impact on brand awareness and loyalty
  • Experience with fast-paced cycles and ability to juggle tasks and deadlines – after all, priorities may change
  • Balance of analytical and creative thinking
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented profile
  • Hands-on and autonomous professional, who takes ownership and get things done
  • Business Fluency in English
