Assistant Contact Center Manager

As an Assistant Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of our Contact Center members, spread across different regions of Europe. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, while overseeing contact center account management. As an Assistant Contact Centre Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the Contact Center Manager with day-to-day contact center operations and business planning.
  • Lead of internal & external teams assuring excellent performance and goal achievement
  • Work closely with supervising team, set clear departmental priorities and targets to secure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, identify and eliminate barriers to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop, implement, and improve business policies/processes in order to achieve top notch customer experience at all times
  • Establish and promote a culture of trust, empowerment and solution-oriented, to help the entire team maximize their efficiency & productivity, leading by example.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building an effective team, while continuing to develop, coach, inspire and motivate team members
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve performance continuously
  • Experience in monitoring and interpret KPIs and translate insights into actions
  • Performance-driven mindset and results-driven approach, skilled in achieving stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Dutch or French, and English language skills essential.
