As the Community Manager you will focus on attracting, nurturing, and engaging freelancers - particularly business consultants. In this role you’ll be combining skills for recruitment, marketing, and account management in order to bring the best freelancers to Malt and help them have an amazing experience. There will be a wide variety of projects to collaborate on - from running community events to onboarding consultants to coordinating with our sales team to assess client needs. Most importantly, you’ll be supported by an energetic, fun-loving team as you help us to scale in The Dutch market.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Focus on driving the growth of our high-skilled business consultant category
  • Review, qualify, and onboard consultants into our system
  • Ensure high levels of engagement through activities like community events, 1:1 calls, support with questions, and contributing to our social media channels
  • Partner with colleagues in other departments to map the needs of target clients and markets
  • Use data to assess the quality of our talent pool as it relates to market demand and opportunities
  • Gather and share feedback with sales, marketing, product, and community to help us continuously improve the freelance experience with Malt

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Professional fluency in both Dutch and English
  • University degree (WO) or experience working in consulting
  • Experience in the consulting and/or recruitment industry is a plus, open for ambitious young graduates as well
  • Highly organized with a structured way of working
  • Natural networker and relationship builder (including over the phone/zoom)
  • Able to effectively pitch ideas and resolve concerns
