Yes, you have read that right, this Commercial Graduate Scheme will help save lives across the world.

Most people haven’t heard of Track24 before, however we have been covertly saving lives for the last 18 years, and are looking to continue expanding our commercial team, following the launch of our AtlasNXT software which is currently being used in Ukraine to help mitigate risk, improve safety and save lives.

You will explore all areas of our commercial function, from Trial Management, to ensuring Customer Success.

As the successful applicant on the scheme, you will rotate throughout the division, supporting and gaining skills within the Commercial and Sales space. Developing the skills and knowledge to drive commercial results and future strategy of AtlasNXT and the Track24 product base.

The objective of the opportunity is to give a 360 degree view of a fast-paced commercial environment, which will help give the successful applicant the skills needed to be successful within a commercial role. This opportunity will support in some of our most critical areas, including our Pick-Pack and Dispatch service, along with technical support for our customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing and delivering effective account management services from prospecting, carrying out demo’s, tendering through to account management of all assigned accounts.
• Supporting and overseeing the allocation of products for all customer orders, working with sales to develop priority lists and producing reports on product shortages, customer backlogs etc.
• Attending (and taking appropriate record and sharing action points) trial scoping meetings to establish who the right stakeholders are and how to best engage with them,
• Collaborating effectively with the Product Lead with activity such as organising interviews between the customer and the Product team to enable them to garner product feedback and insights.
• Supporting and overseeing accurate timelines given for shipping to the commercial team and to clients, as per the client's contract, and assisting in additional logistic / customs clearance documents where necessary. This includes undertaking the relevant dangerous goods training and staying on top of any updates as well as maintaining a good knowledge of international restrictions.

Requirements

We are keen to find someone who holds a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or equivalent, as well as work experience through either internships, or placements during their studies.
