As our new CTO, you will have the opportunity to shape Raketech’s technology strategy and ensure that all central systems and processes are delivering maximum value. You will lead a talented team of tech and data professionals, setting strategies and overseeing the data and technological infrastructure to ensure optimal business performance.

You will stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the rapidly evolving tech landscape, constantly seeking out new ways to add value to the business through data and technology. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong strategic and commercial mindset, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll also need a proven track record as CIO or CTO in Affiliation Marketing, eCommerce, Fintech, or Marketing Tech, and a background in developing and implementing Tech strategies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a distributed team – particularly in a remote work environment – are also crucial.
