We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Chief of Staff to join our team and provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer. The successful candidate will lead strategic and operational planning, performance management, and business reviews. The Chief of Staff will manage a portfolio of cross-functional strategic initiatives and work closely with multiple cross-functional and global leadership teams.
Requirements
- Acting as a liaison between the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior executives to ensure effective communication and coordination of strategic initiatives
- Developing and implementing key performance indicators to track progress and measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to increase operational efficiency
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners
- Managing special projects as assigned by the Chief Strategy Officer
- Identifying and implementing best practices for project management and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in strategy and operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty, and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or related field is a plus
