Chief of Staff, Customer Experience

About the role:

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief Experience Officer to drive strategy and operational excellence across GoHealth. The successful candidate will be an analytical leader with a track record of success in Medicare sales leadership.

Overall, the Chief of Staff will be a key member of GoHealth's Customer Experience leadership team and play a critical role in driving the success of the company. The position will require a high level of strategic thinking and a hands-on, results-driven approach.

What you’ll do:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, specifically in Medicare sales
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

What we’re looking for:

  • Partner with the Chief Experience Officer to develop and execute GoHealth's strategic vision and operational plan
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Experience Officer and other departments, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive operational excellence and improve the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other leaders across the organization to identify and address key business challenges
  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, providing guidance and support to the organization
