We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and COO on the strategy and operational cadence of the business. This role is a trusted advisor to Cameo’s executives in driving results, facilitating effective and focused discussions, and ensuring efficient operations. A successful candidate needs to be able to seamlessly use internal and external data and trends to set, communicate, and execute against the company's go-forward strategy.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000. Cameo determines salary ranges by role and level with ranges for US roles typically based on our home market of Chicago. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within that range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Posted salary ranges reflect base salary only, exclusive of equity and other compensation and benefits.
