Founded by experienced startup operators (former mymuesli), we are currently operating in stealth mode preparing for our e-commerce launch in the summer of 2023. We are backed by FoodLabs, the leading VC in the food industry, and are already well-equipped with culinary and operational expertise to produce the best frozen food products. THE ROLE
We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute our growth and marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to work first-hand with driven founders having their roots in food tech within a VC-backed venture.
You will hire and lead a team as we scale but you will start as a builder executing our growth. We are looking for this role to be based in Munich, Germany.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Develop and execute our growth and marketing strategy (online and offline), including customer acquisition, retention, brand, and monetization
Manage our marketing budget, optimizing for profitability through channel testing, tactical adjustments, and strategic initiatives
Independently develop advertising assets, landing pages, and email campaigns
Be in charge of webshop development and marketing tools
Identify, close, and successfully monetize influencer and creator partnerships and campaigns
Establish a highly engaged community around our brand and products
Hire, lead, and develop a team of driven, highly engaged growth marketers
