Our quickly growing international team is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (f/m/x) to manage the marketing team with a focus on growing the crowdinvesting platform to global market leadership. Our ideal candidate is coming from the fintech space and has successfully taken over marketing teams and lead them to success. You combine your understanding of brand building, digital marketing expertise and PR/media relations with your ability to lead and motivate a team across all verticals of the marketing world. Ideally, you have worked in a fast paced scale-up environment before and have a solid understanding of marketing financial products inside the EU. A digital growth marketing background would be the cherry on the cake. In this role you will:
- Be responsible for building up a globally recognized first class brand
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Plan and organize all marketing verticals (advertisement, PR, social media, CRM, content, partnerships, visual design) and ensure they project the company’s unique voice
- Be responsible for the built up, design and coordination of successful marketing programs, promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across various channels (digital, press, etc.)
- Act as a leading trustworthy sparring partner for the CEO and other C-Level team members
- Lead, grow and develop your team
- Be responsible for the reporting of all key metrics of the marketing success to the C-Level team
- Represent the company at external events, towards media and in public
Requirements

- You have done this before – and now want to do it again with more impact
- Experience in a regulated market environment, such the financial markets
- Being an excellent leader of people, focusing on growth and empowerment of your team
- You know and understand the business needs as much as your operational marketing day-to-day
- You have lead the establishment of a brand from early days to a recognized name in the industry
- You can translate marketing ideas and initiatives to the whole company and to externals
