Having reached 400 people and made the US our #1 market in terms of new business, we are now looking for a US-based Chief Marketing Officer to take 360Learning to the next level.
As our CMO, you will evangelize our unique "upskill from within" proposition and be a thought leader in the L&D space. You'll lead our inbound machine to excel further and create an equally impressive organization on the outbound side.
We are looking for a great people leader with a strong track record in B2B SaaS marketing to coach our 4 sub-teams: Product Marketing, Brand and Content Marketing, Demand Generation (i.e., paid marketing and events), and Marketing Ops (i.e., automation and BDR support).
You will report to our COO and strategize on a regular basis with our CEO and Board of Directors.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Understand our culture, marketing strategy, positioning, organization, processes and performance management
- Build a diagnostic and identify opportunities for improvement
Within 3 months, you will:
- Build a 18 months roadmap for the marketing team
- Validate our messaging framework and content strategy
- Take ownership of analyst relationships
Within 12 months, you will:
- Lead strategic projects for the company
- Decide if we need to rename / rebrand. Lead the project if needed
- Decide if we need to reposition and how
- Transform our demand generation team from a demand capture to a demand creation machine
The Skill Set
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing ideally in HR tech
- Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand
- Outstanding communication skills - We are expecting our CMO to be vocal in the market
- Servant leadership style to lead a team of 30+
- Knowledge of L&D / Learning space is a strong plus
- Experience in rebranding / renaming is a plus
