ABOUT THE POSITION:
Responsible for all finance matters of the India operations and entities including working with global stakeholders and leaders at the India joint venture.
Key responsibilities
- Enable and support India supply chain development and operations for supplying product in India and potentially for customers outside India.
- Support the global products organization team located in India including helping drive operational and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Be the lead finance partner in building and operating global shared services organization working with various global functional stake holders and regional teams to drive increase adoption of the India platform.
- Partner with Global Operational Controller to set up the finance center of excellence in India
- Support India business development activities outside of the joint venture
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- Accounting Degree and CPA/CA Qualified
- Proficient knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Stake holder management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Experience of leading a matrix organization
- Expertise in regulatory, compliance, tax
- Demonstrated ability on financial forecasting and strategic thinking.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of grit and determination to drive process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability in managing accounting and financial reporting functions, including support in business administration, managing audits, and ERP customizations.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s accounting policy and its implementation according to the latest GAAP requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
