Position: Chief Financial Officer
Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position oversees the financial operations of the organization as well as serving as a member of the executive management team.
Key responsibilities include monthly and annual reporting, annual budget preparation, grant management, government relations and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of advanced financial accounting (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, patient financial services and payroll) are expected. An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and three years’ experience is required. MBA or CPA along with previous experience in a non-profit and/or health care organization is preferred.
This is a full-time position based in Springdale, AR. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.
