As a Tester, you will be a part of the QA team, working with Conversation Design team and Bot Developers focused on testing, troubleshooting, and improving an AI chatbot for our clients. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
Engage in multiple types of testing across a variety of devices to ensure the chatbot is performing as designed
Interact with the chatbot and recording behavior
Reviewing transcripts of chatbot conversations to confirm behavior
Work closely with the developers and designers of the project to build solutions to issues identified
Communicate with IT developers to ensure a common understanding of tests performed and their results
Requirements
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
Testing / UAT Testing / AI
Expert in Chatbots (AI Conversational Assistants) implementations using WATSON/LUIS /Rasa/Druid/DialogFlow/others
Expert in using open-source toolkits, libraries, frameworks e.g., Rasa, NLTK, spaCy, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
Experience in the broad areas of Search, Email Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, etc.
Experience with Transformers for intent classification and entity recognition implementation e.g., BERT, DIET, GloVe, ConveRT, etc.
Well versed in Post production change-management, feedback loops, retraining of models
Well versed with Integration of NLP/Chatbot/ML solutions with RPA platforms
Able to suggest and implement a particular machine learning model over other as per business use-case
Knowledge of agile methodologies
