More specifically, as a ChatBot Specialist, you will:

  • Categorize, analyze and design flows for chatbots to optimize and automate customer service experience
  • Qualify, monitor, analyze all chatbot data and collaborate with stakeholders and seek best practices for the continuous improvement of chatbots
  • Maintain and improve documentation pertaining to chatbot conversational flows, intents and platform configurations.
  • Maintain, analyze and improve all conversational components, implement new strategies in editing Help Center articles to deliver targeted information to our customers
  • Define ChatBot KPIS’ and ensure that all key projects milestones and timelines are met and propose alternatives plans and actions
  • Extract monthly customer’s satisfaction reports to identify key areas of improvement
  • Work closely with Customer Excellence Manager to improve customer’s satisfaction

Requirements

  • BA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (ChatBot and AI Applications)/Social sciences or related fields
  • Established work experience of minimum 3 years in ChatBot or Self Serve units
  • Working experience with programming chatbots or AI ChatBot will be considered as a strong asset
  • Knowledge of project management tools with orientation to problem-solving skills and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Be resilient, multitasker and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments
