Chatbot Developer

Chatbot Developer will be designing the automation workflows, training the machine learning models and work with clients closely to build and launch the bots. After that, chatbot Devops will be responsible for deploying and monitoring, interacting with Chatbot Developer in order to improve the performance.

Requirements

Expert in Chatbots (AI Conversational Assistants) implementations using WATSON/LUIS /Rasa/Druid/DialogFlow/others

Expert in using open-source toolkits, libraries, frameworks e.g., Rasa, NLTK, spaCy, Keras, PyTorch, etc.

Experience in the broad areas of Search, Email Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, etc.

Experience with Transformers for intent classification and entity recognition implementation e.g., BERT, DIET, GloVe, ConveRT, etc.

Well versed in Post production change-management, feedback loops, retraining of models

Well versed with Integration of NLP/Chatbot/ML solutions with RPA platforms

Able to suggest and implement a particular machine learning model over other as per business use-case

Technical flexibility for adapting itself to the required technological and development environment depending on each use case

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• CGP Certified will also be very valuable
• Google Cloud Platform implementation of : Big Data & Machine Learning services
• Real Experience with chatbots, especially with Watson (IBM) and LUIS (Microsoft)
• Degree or equivalent in a computer science or a scientific/technical discipline
• PhD and Research Experience will also be very valuable
• At least, 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML/NLP
