We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Sales Operations Team. The fundamental goal of Sales Operations is to improve and impact sales productivity, create & improve processes for scale and impact revenue.  We are scaling the team and are looking to hire individuals who can contribute from the ground up. 

Your mission: You will lead programs across the GTM team and contribute to a range of key initiatives such as: systems configuration, sales tools, sales analysis and pipeline management. 
 
The ideal candidate is a team builder and team player and is looking for an opportunity to impact across the GTM team. This is a crucial role, where you will continuously improve efficiency of our sales workflows & systems by analyzing key sales metrics and activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own & lead projects to scale, improve our systems and processes, maximizing automation, formalizing our procedures, and introducing best practices,
  • Drive / administer Partner Operations – Partner Agreements, target partner by segment, Portal administration, lead tracking/attrition and WW Partner KPIs,
  • Sales Analytics – lead funnel and opportunity attrition, tracking & analysis
  • Provide essential sales support to our Partner team – from deal desk, order configuration, booking and sales forecasting & analysis,
  • Work across the GTM team, responsible for the overall GTM tech stack integration.

We Match When You Bring Along:

  • Solid knowledge in Partner Administration - like experience in assisting on the process, methodology & approach for Partner Teams as well as good knowledge in Partner Registration / Deal Registration process (defining deal routing flow in Salesforce.com),
  • Experience in defining partner types (Resellers, Distributors, OEM, SIs, etc, roles & responsibilities of the partner), defining and tracking partner KPIs by partner and partner type along with,
  • Partner team- Assessing needs/requirements for any new tools for efficiency/productivity,
  • Partner Impact to Revenue- Tracking & validating partner sourced, influenced & fulfilled deals, and creating/updating Salesforce.com reports & dashboards, E2E Partner attributions (lead/deal source to closure),
  • Deal Desk- like Reviewing & tracking Partner Agreements and entitlements (ie. partner fees, SPIFFs etc.) and Partner Deal Approvals,
  • Individual Skills- Individual contributor who rolls sleeves up to get things done, attention to detail & a Team player; fluent English language skills are mandatory!
