What You'll Do

The SEO Manager, together with the rest of our amazing Online Marketing team, will be responsible for increasing organic search traffic to our website and other content, building pipeline by generating thousands of leads weekly, and ultimately helping us reach our revenue goals.

You will:

  • Recommend and implement on-site SEO best practices and work with others to get them live on our website
  • Implement best-in-class off-site and content marketing ideas and work to get them published and read by millions
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to update our landing/web pages with SEO-optimized content
  • Be able to come up with great content ideas that map to our target audiences 
  • Monitor keyword ranking performance and identify key traffic opportunities
  • Manage the vision and goals of the channel
  • Report results to the broader online marketing and leadership teams
  • Come to work, do great things, then go home!

What We'll Love About You

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience knocking SEO out of the park
  • You'll have ideas and a vision of our organic growth that are even bigger than our own
  • You're the go-to pro when it comes to SEO best practices
  • You know data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Sitebulb, etc.
  • You have the ability to cut through large data sets in order to identify key traffic opportunities and recommend them
  • You have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • You know how to juggle multiple timelines, prioritize projects, and see them through
  • You can communicate effectively and build relationships with team members as well as other website administrators
