Overview
Our client is a fast-growing crypto-currency exchange platform which had covered more than 100+ countries; offering reliable social trading services for digital asset users globally. They are supporting with more than 100 languages and already equipped multi-country cryptocurrency trading compliance licenses.
What you will do
- Establish a regular business and financial data tracking system and financial analysis system, monitor the fluctuation of core business indicators, measure financial profit and loss, cost expenses, ROI analysis of various resources, and propose business resources. allocation proposals;
- Responsible for establishing a comprehensive budget management system, cost analysis according to budget goals, and promoting implementation (such as evaluating the ratio of production to investment for activities, strengthening the control of operating expenses, and controlling financial risks);
- Work with your team to prepare consolidated statements, analyze consolidated statement data and variances, and standardize the financial system;
- Improve the fund management system and process, coordinate the management of funds, improve the efficiency of funds and continuously optimize the profit of funds forecasting;
- Tax coordination: Familiar with national and regional tax regulations and policies, and propose effective suggestions and plans for the company to adopt more applicable regulations and policies.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and economics, with an accountant qualification certificate, and understanding of IFRS is preferred
- With 6+ years of financial work experience and years of team management experience
- With experience in Web3.0 space is a must; ideally with experience working in other crypto exchange platform
- Familiar with accounting standards and related financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies
- Has agile thinking ability, be good at communication and decision-making ability.
- Good to have experience in establishing internal control system and preparation of financial statements for domestic and overseas entities.
