Responsibilities
- Business lead for the Travel, Home & Living Category for ShopBack's Pay Later business.
- Own the KPI and be responsible for revenue growth
- Develop and execute business development and account growth plans for the category
- Deep dive into data and trend analysis to ensure that the category remains high performing in the market.
- Responsible for building and leading a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to acquire, retain and grow key merchant partners to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of sales/business development/account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Prior working experience in high growth startup, e-commerce, payments is a plus
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to solve complex business problems and drive growth
- Strong people management skills
