What will you be doing?

We are looking for enthusiastic Case Officer to join our Billing team in our offices in Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer cases during the post and prebilling period as well as placing connectivity pin orders requested by customers. Some of the tasks of the role are:

• Investigate requests from customers for possible wrong invoicing
• Open cases for invoice/credit accordingly depending on findings
• Support customers with placing orders for pins/chat cards

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• Some previous work experience in similar setting is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent client facing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Highly self-motivated
