Responsible for making and maintaining business unit performance reports, by analysing business growth, profitability, and business planning/projection and credit quality
Monitor, identify, and provide solutions regarding business
Provide analysis, strategies, and recommendation to ensure overall business sustainability and target achievement
Responsible for developing data management & reporting structure
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the financial institution industry (banking is preferably) as business analyst/business performance/MIS Analytics or equivalent
Design, development, and management of MIS infrastructure.
Analysing and processing large scale information, data analytics and data modelling.
Programming skills (MySQL, SQL, Python, etc.)
Advanced Excel/ spreadsheet and database management.
Experience with data analysis and business automation tools.
Experience analysing business performance (business planning/ projection, growth, profitability) and credit quality.
