Business Operations Executive

Please note that this role is intended to be remote within Ireland, therefor we are only seeking candidates currently located there at the moment. There is an expectation that the role would involve travel to the Dublin office for in-person meetings and some national and international travel to visit customer sites. 

The Role:

The Business Operations Executive will be part of the Linus Health Europe team and will contribute across a number of business operations and functions. We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual that will assume operational responsibility for a number of business-related activities across supply, order fulfillment, customer success and finance. The Business Operations Executive will also participate in commercial activities across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain valuable business operations and commercial experience within a growing team and industry.

What You'll Do:

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across a range of functions including:

  • Order fulfillment - Assume operational responsibility for order fulfillment and shipping
  • Customer success - deliver training, provide customer support and capture customer feedback
  • Supply - Liaise with suppliers, monitor inventory levels
  • Business Development/Sales - Contribute to business development and sales efforts across Europe
  • Market - Participate in market analysis and lead generation activities
  • Finance/Accounts - Issue and track invoices, monitor accounts payable and receivable

About You:

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years business operations / commercial experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with proven experience working across multiple activities
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization and analytical skills
  • Flexible, motivated and a hard-working leader
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to take the initiative and operate effectively within ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves:

  • Business operations / commercial experience in the healthcare sector
  • Masters Degree
