As our Business Development Supervisor, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the agency industry, client’s business, and internal processes and act as an important source of key intelligence on business directions and agency role 
  • Initiates and manages effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
  • Able to manage projects in accordance with agency procedures
  • Researches analyze and monitors financial, technical, and demographic factors to capitalize on the market/new business opportunities 
  • Works collaboratively with members so of the Growth team (as well as other departments) on RFPs, meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Develops and executes against tactical plans
  • Develops and leads opportunity briefing, and prospect research and collaborates with cross-functional teams.  Includes defining the scope of the opportunity requirements and key milestones.
  • Briefs internal teams and supports the RFP/Pitch response process to ensure on-brief implementation of the winning strategy.
  • Owns organization of the MERGE Business Development assets and is the Business Development information steward
  • Understands and applies the MERGE Business Development strategy to prospect opportunities
  • Collaborates with Producer on estimate and timeline creation
  • Collaborates with BD leads on opportunity status reporting and works with the team to unsure opportunities are updated in a timely manner
  • Presents, via video conference, program plans and approach to agency partners and cross-functional collaborators

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience 
  • 4+ years in account service and/or a salesforce administrator role
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and/or Hubspot 
  • Experience with supporting a business development or sales organization
