About the Role
Business Development Reps (BDRs) are responsible for generating leads and vetting prospects for the sales team. BDRs identify prospects through market research and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. Our Inbound BDRs play a key role in driving new business for the teams by qualifying inbound leads.
BDRs focus on managing current clients and hosting discovery calls regarding the new products we are offering. BDRs must understand each customer's unique pain points to determine if our software will fit their business well. Like all BDR positions, this role requires grit. This role is not for someone dipping their toe into the water to see if they like sales.

Salary: 40k base Salary, 60k On-Target Earnings
