Business Analyst - Shared Services Specialist

The Team:

The role will sit within our People and Culture Operations organisation. It will be a new addition to our HR Operations team, based from our Madrid office and instrumental in the development of our Shared Service Centre.


The Role:

Celonis has an incredible opportunity to build ever more efficiency across our people processes, enabling the organisation to realise the full potential of our people tools and systems. The role of Business Analyst - Shared Services Specialist will support us in achieving our goals through the ultimate build of a self-help tool. You will be the first point of contact for our employee requests and questions on all things people and culture. The position offers exposure to a wide range of HR and People topics, regulations, reporting and systems allowing you to build high-level experience across core HR processes.


The work you’ll do:

  • Be the first line of support for HR and People questions rolling into our Shared Services Centre
  • Assess requests and desired outcomes to ensure clear understanding of next step actions required
  • Develop self-help tool to respond to frequently asked questions freeing your time to focus on wider topics and solutions raised to the SSC
  • Partner with the Workday team, supporting data entry and reporting requests
  • Partner with experts across the business to develop responses and processes
  • Develop templates and content, documenting and publishing responses

The qualifications you need:

  • Experience within a customer-facing role with a track record of managing customer queries 
  • High-level exposure to HR, Talent and People processes and a keen interest to develop knowledge of practices across these organisations
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders, you thrive in a dynamic environment with a continuous drive for output and improvement
  • You’ve developed documentation and structured content - clarity in communication is important to you
  • Data entry, reporting and metrics are tasks you have been responsible for
  • You focus on delivering value for your stakeholders
