We are looking for a talented environment artist with a passion for creating visually stunning environments for games to help with the development of our new IP. If you are a fan of realistic shooters, we want to hear from you!
As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating photo-realistic environments that immerse players in the world of our new IP. You will work closely with a multi-cultural team to create environments that are both well-crafted and functional, providing players with engaging gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create photo-realistic content within technical constraints
• Produce and iterate on a variety of assets through all phases of production
• Work closely with the Lead Artists and Art Director to push the visual quality of the game
• Ability to work independently
• Supervise and guide junior artists
• Request and review concept art
• Participate in feedback sessions
• Plan tasks and track bugs through Jira

Required Knowledge and Competencies (Prerequisites)

• Good English communication and/or writing skills(Limited Working Proficiency)
• Understanding of composition, form, color, lighting
• Strong knowledge of 3dsmax or other 3D packages
• Strong understanding of efficient UV layout, PBR pipeline
• Ability to create a well-structured low poly model from a high poly model
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
• Familiarity with UE Blueprints and Material editor
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Positive team-oriented attitude
• Experience with modular level creation
• Experience with Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer
• Experience with Zbrush
• Experience with Houdini
• Experience with Outsourcing agencies
• Portfolio up to date showing photo-realistic artwork
