Azure Solutions Architect - Contract Position - London

We have a unique opportunity (Inside IR35) for an Azure Solutions Architect to join our team. In this senior, pivotal position you will take the lead on designing and supporting the delivery of Azure projects end-to-end. It is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in a visible position.

Some of the key activities you can expect to be involved with include:

• Providing technical leadership working with customers to discover and design Azure Solutions
• Creating design colleterial to a high level
• Delivering customer workshops to demonstrate designs / solutions
• Act as the subject matter expert for internal Azure products
• Provide support to teams for technical escalations

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for an accomplished Azure professional that can demonstrate:

• Good knowledge of Azure Services (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, Storage, Monitoring and Management)
• Broad understanding of DevOps but with knowledge and experience of implementations with the Microsoft product stack (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of Containers and Container Orchestration tools, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes

One (or more) of the following Microsoft certifications would be highly desirable:

• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
• AZ-300 / AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
• AZ-301 / AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design

Benefits

£500 - £600 per day depending on experience.
